NEPAL — Hindu Monks Experience Peace in Christ
Hindus in Nepal are learning about Jesus through Bible distribution efforts.
Pastor Amar Thapa reported that he received 25 Maithili language SD cards two months ago through one of VOM’s projects.
Six Hindu monks in one of the villages in the district where he was working watched a video from the SD cards and learned about Jesus Christ. They said, “Here is the peace that we have been searching for.” These Hindu monks want to learn more about this peace. Pastor Amar and other believers are meeting with the monks to share more about Christ.
Pray that these monks will come to believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
