INDIA — India’s Bastar Region Sees Surge in Anti-Christian Violence
Recent anti-Christian rioting in Bastar has led to the destruction of churches and homes.
Over the last several months, hundreds of Christian brothers and sisters in the Bastar region of Chhattisgarh State, India, have been forced to leave their villages because of their faith.
Hindu radicals employ a systematic effort to attack Christians, forcing them from their homes, assaulting them, and vandalizing and destroying churches and homes. Hindu leaders have publicly declared that Christians are not wanted in the area.
Pray that pastors and believers will be strong in their faith and will not be controlled by fear.
