A Sudanese pastor has been arrested after Muslim extremists attacked his church during a worship gathering.
On April 10, three Muslim extremists attacked an evangelical church in a city southeast of Khartoum during a worship service, assaulting the pastor and two women in the congregation.
The attackers also destroyed Bibles and church furniture. When officials responded, they arrested the pastor for disturbing the peace instead of the three men. The Christian leader was recently sentenced to a month in jail for the charges. Pray for this brother in Christ to remain firm in his faith during his imprisonment.
