\u201cThe Voice of the Martyrs Russian language unit has over one hundred years of combined experience in translating, publishing, and distributing books, videos, and electronic media to persecuted Christians in Russian speaking countries<\/span>.<\/span>\u201d sa<\/span>ys<\/span> Voice of the Martyrs Korea Representative Dr<\/span>.<\/span> Hyun Sook Foley. <\/span>\u201cFor decades they have kept alive the original ministry that Voice of the Martyrs founder Rev. Richard <\/span>Wurmbrand<\/span> began more than 70 years ago: providing Russian speaking Christians with the gospel resources t<\/span>hey need to make a faithful witness for Christ to their persecutors.\u201d<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cEach Voice of the Martyrs organization around the world is independent, and the Voice of the Martyrs Russian language unit previously worked under the oversight of one of our <\/span>sister<\/span> VOMs,\u201d said Representative Foley. \u201cBut our own Voice of the Martyrs Korea Russian language work has grown to the point where Russian speakers around the world are <\/span>actually our<\/span> largest constituency, even more than Korean speakers. <\/span>It was clear that combining the teams under the oversight of Voice of the Martyrs Korea was in the best interests of everyone\u2014especially the Christians we are serving.\u201d<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Representative Foley says that the newly combined Russian language unit will be called, \u201c<\/span>\u0413\u043e\u043b\u043e\u0441<\/span> \u043c\u0443\u0447\u0435\u043d\u0438\u043a\u043e\u0432<\/span>, a ministry of Voice of the Martyrs Korea\u201d. <\/span>VOMK\u2019s Russian language website will become <\/span><\/span>https:\/\/vom-ru.org\/<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>,<\/span> while its Russian language Facebook page will remain <\/span><\/span>https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/VOMKRUS<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>. <\/span>The new team will continue to produce both digital and print editions of the Voice of the Martyrs Russian language newsletter, available for subscription through the website<\/span>.
