The majority of these students come from China (48.2%) and Vietnam (19%), two countries which last year enacted sweeping new religious restrictions on churches.” font_container=”tag:p|font_size:1.2em|text_align:left” google_fonts=”font_family:Noto%20Sans%3Aregular%2Citalic%2C700%2C700italic|font_style:700%20bold%20regular%3A700%3Anormal” el_class=”headline”][vc_column_text]“Campus ministries and college chaplains seek to reach these populations through personal evangelism, conferences, and worship services,”
Voice of the Martyrs Korea representative Hyun Sook Foley.

“But when these students return to their home countries, they are simply not equipped to face the mounting wave of persecution in their countries. The global founder of VOM Richard Wurmbrand recognized that years ago and urged the church around the world to reach these student populations from Communist countries through what we call “Ideological Evangelism”: resources that lead people to Christ and deepen their faith by teaching the difference between Christianity and Communism.”

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row overlay_dotted=””][vc_column width=”1/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1554786824553{background-color: #ffffff !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”10852″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

The author of Marx and Satan, Richard Wurmbrand, with his wife, Sabina Wurmbrand. Wurmbrand wrote:

“We have the unanimous witnesses of Christians from behind the Iron Curtain, especially from students and intellectuals, that these are the books they value most because these solve the doubts which Marxist indoctrination has sown in their mind. Smuggling them over frontiers should be something secondary. There are thousands of students from Communist countries in the West, especially from Red China… Here things can be done much cheaper and without any risks. We could restructure our work for Communist Countries in this sense.’”

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]One such book that Rev. Wurmbrand wrote, Marx and Satan, is being released in new Korean and Chinese language editions this month by Voice of the Martyrs Korea. Individuals interested in purchasing the book can call VOM at 02-2065-0703 or by going to www.vomkorea.com/shop. The book documents that Karl Marx, far from being an atheist, was actually a Satanist who developed Marxism as part of a Satanic plan to destroy the church. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

“Rev. Wurmbrand would often point to the treatment of churches in Communist countries as Marx’s plan coming to fruition. Now, decades later, the five remaining Communist countries—China, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, and Cuba—continue efforts to tear down the church, with some of the strictest anti-Christian laws in history enacted in China and Vietnam last year. But by God’s grace, we now have more than 95,000 young people from those countries here. But as Rev. Wurmbrand says, Communism provides unique challenges to Christians. We need to do more than just reach Communist students here in Korea with the gospel. We need to solve their doubts and prepare them how to handle their return home.”

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”10857″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” link=”https://vomkorea.com/shop “][vc_column_text]

『Marx and Satan』

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row overlay_dotted=””][vc_column css=”.vc_custom_1554786824553{background-color: #ffffff !important;}”][vc_column_text]

“That’s why we have plans to publish new Korean language and Chinese language translations of Marx & Satan this month, and why we hope soon to have a Vietnamese edition.
